An alumnus of the Ethiraj College for Women, Chennai. The Director of Education of the School, Mrs Umayavalle Elango who is an M.S in Educational Management is the creative genius behind the conception and functioning of the Unique Academy. Her academic qualifications in commerce and school Management have enabled her to create a well-tailored curriculum of the international standard to serve as a strong base leading up to the ICSE & ISC Curriculum.

Her Diploma in early child care & education and her passion for children can be seen in her commitment to running play school "Tiny Tots" where her personal involvement and drive to provide quality education to all, truly has struck a chord in the hearts of many parents. An ardent nature lover and perfectionist, she captures her love for the environment and nature through her many paintings and handwork
